English: The U.S. Navy destroyer escort USS Swasey (DE-248) passing under the Cooper River Bridge off Charleston, South Carolina (USA), circa in July 1945. She was in overhaul at the Charleston Naval Shipyard from 1 June to 1 July 1945 to be prepared for service in the Pacific. Her anti-aircraft artillery was increased and she was repainted in Camouflage Measure 21.
