Description
English: The U.S. Navy destroyer minelayer USS Tolman (DM-28) in Boston harbour, Massachusetts (USA), on 13 November 1944. The ship is painted in Camouflage Measure 31, Design 16D. Tolman was laid down as DD-740, but was redesignated DM-28 prior to launching. Note the mines aboard.
