English: Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Christopher Mechura, left, and Religious Programs Specialist 3rd Class Bryant Fossier, both assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46), play with children from the House of the Heroes orphanage during a community relations (COMREL) event. Tortuga is part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group, currently on deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility, and will be participating in the annual Republic of Philippines-U.S. military blilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement Balikatan 2013.
