English: Lieutenant Commander Joe Taylor (left), commander of US Navy torpedo plane squadron VT-5, and Lieutenant Commander William O. Burch, Jr. (right), commander of dive bomber squadron VS-5, at NAS Ford Island, Hawaii immediately following the Battle of Midway. Both men served on the USS Yorktown (CV-5) during that battle and the Battle of the Coral Sea.
