U.S. Army Sgt. Calixto Inot, security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, maintains security during a key leader meeting at the provincial governor's residence in Farah City, April 10. U.S. Consul General Jillian Burns and PRT leadership met with the governor and his key advisers to discuss ongoing issues in Farah province and express condolences following the previous weeks terrorist attack. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district and provincial levels in Farah province, Afghanistan. Their civil military team is comprised of members of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State and the Agency for International Development (USAID).
