English: Okinawa, Japan (Oct. 17, 2003) -- Construction Electrician Constructionman John Tingler evens out cement during a cement lay for a vehicle staging area for ships docked at Whites Beach in Okinawa. Constructionman Tingler is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Forty (NMCB-40), which is deployed to Okinawa and is working on construction projects throughout the Pacific.
