(July 28, 2005) - U.S. Navy Seabee Amphibious Construction Battalion One (ACB-1) uses a landing craft to move several vehicles to the pier at Indian Island Naval Magazine. The landing craft will be used to move equipment from the Military Sealift Command (MSC) roll-on / roll-off ship USNS Cape Mohican(T-AKR 5065) as part of the Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) exercise. JLOTS is a complex logistics training exercise to prepare ACB-1 to be able to bring critical supplies ashore to provide humanitarian or tactical support in a time of need.
