Description
English: Navy Seaman Michael L. Lawton signals to guide the craftmaster of a Landing Craft Air Cushion as it comes ashore on Onslow Beach, N.C., on April 11, 2006. The Landing Craft Air Cushion, more commonly known as an LCAC, was launched from the USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), which is operating offshore in the Atlantic Ocean as part of expeditionary strike group exercises. Lawton is attached to Beachmaster Unit 2.
