English: NEW ORLEANS (Nov. 18, 2010) Capt. Thomas Luscher addresses the New Orleans City Council during Military Appreciation Day. The city council and New Orleans Mayor's Military Advisory Committee hold an annual military appreciation day in the city, in which senior representatives from local military services brief the council on their activities and community service from that year while being broadcasted on a local television station.
