Description
English: With presidential elections just months away, the functioning of the US Postal Service has emerged as a key issue. The postal service, which is facing a huge financial crunch, may struggle to deliver postal ballots during the elections. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy had earlier proposed to cut costs even further, leading to massive protests. He was finally forced to withdraw his proposals. We look at the significance of the postal service, the threats it faces and the response.
