Description
Deutsch: Die Differenz zwischen UT1 (proportional zur Erdrotation) und UTC (von Atomuhren abgeleitet) seit Anfang 1973. In unregelmäßigen Abständen, zu vollen oder halben Jahren, wird in UTC eine Schaltsekunde eingefügt, um die Differenz klein zu halten.
English: The difference between UT1 (proportional to Earth's rotation) and UTC (derived from atomic clocks) since the beginning of 1973. Intermittently, at full or half years, a leap second is introduced into UTC to keep the difference low.
