Deutsch: Um 180° gedrehte Portkammer im Röntgenbild. In der p.a.-Projektion (linkes Bild) ist diese Komplikation oftmals nicht zu erkennen. Wenn Probleme beim Anstechen der Portkammer auftreten, kann eine tangentiale / seitliche Projektion (rechtes Bild; ggf. in der Durchleuchtung) den Befund zeigen.
