Summary

Description
English: Scores of wheelchairs on hand remain unused hours after the explosions at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. EMS onsite was ready to treat thousands of runners after the 80-degree heat of last year's marathon. Instead, perfect running conditions in the mid-50s meant lots of resources that were put towards victims of the explosions.
