Description

Participants in the Upper Arlington Fourth of July Parade. A red white and blue float with a banner "Ringing in the Future" on both sides of a replica of the Liberty Bell is pulled by a red lawn tractor. There are various Revolutionary War era U.S. flags, including a Bennington flag, Grand Union flag, and a Pine Tree Flag. A cameraman and commentators from QUBE are on raised platforms. Children wearing red or blue shorts and white T-shirts carrying U.S. flags walk alongside the float.
