English: Upper Northgate Street The former Christ of Church was rebuilt in 1937 close to the site of a former quarry. Part of the building was underpinned a few years ago due to subsidence evidence of which can still be seen on the upper left of this elevation. A wine warehouse was housed in the chapel until the business was transferred to Centurion Point in nearby St. Oswald's Way. |
