Deutsch: Dopplersonographie quer auf Höhe der Harnblase bei einem Patienten mit einem obstruierenden Konkrement des Ureters links. Man kann dementsprechend periodisch wiederkehrend nur den Ureterjet von rechts in die Blase darstellen, während der von links ausbleibt. Normalerweise würde man einen Jet von beiden Seiten aus den dorsalen Ostia sehen, der sich im Bild wie zwei überkreuzende Feuerschwerter ausmachen würde. |
