Deutsch: Station IV des (unvollständigen) Kreuzweges neben der Thomaskirche in Wesseling-Urfeld. Die Reliefs sind Nachbildungen der Fresken von Joseph von Führich in der Wiener Johann-Nepomuk-Kirche (hier zu sehen); der Urfelder Kreuzweg zählt daher zu den Führich-Kreuzwegen; in Bornheim führt ein Kreuzweg zur Evergislus-Kirche in Brenig hinauf (seine besser erhaltenen Reliefs sind durch Glas geschützt). Die Urfelder Station wurde notdürftig restauriert; der erneuerte Johanneskopf weicht stark von der ursprünglichen Fassung ab (auch Marias linke Hand entspricht nicht mehr dem Original), zum Vergleich die Station IV in Bornheim |
