Description
English: Melanoma transmigration is a stepwise process. Laser-scanning confocal movie of transmigration of a UM cell (OCM-1A) expressing F-tractin (pseudo-colored to show fluorescence intensity). Scale bar  = 25 µm. Frames were collected at a rate of one per 20 sec. The movies play at a rate of 30 frames per sec.
