Description
English: Former Grand Hotel (1914) in Vardø, a small town in the far east of Finnmark, Norway, seen from the intersection of Festningsgata and Kaigata (near Vardø Taxi Central). The building is abandoned, and seagulls have taken up residence on the windowsills facing the sea. The wall is covered in bird droppings.
Norsk bokmål: Tidligere Grand Hotel fra 1914 i Vardø by helt øst i Finnmark, sett fra krysset mellom Festningsgata og Kaigata (ved Vardø drosjesentral). Murbygningen er forlatt, og måker har slått seg til i vinduskarmene vendt mot sjøen. Veggen er full av fugleskit.
