Description
English: The FV436 tracked Command Post Vehicle is of UK origin. This vehicle was commissioned in Indian Army in 1965 and used very extensively during 1971 Operations in battles of Gadra City and Kutch sector. Used as a Mobile Command Post, it was equipped with Cymbeline Mortar Locating Radar and a Sound Ranging Radar. The Command model has a crew of seven and weighs 15,522 kg. The vehicle is powered by Rolls-Royce K-60 engine.
