VQB 71 - rotleuchtende, einstellige LED-Sieben-Segement-Anzeige VQC 32 - - rotleuchtende, dreistellige LED-Sieben-Segement-Anzeige Originalbeschreibung: Optoelektronische Bauelemente, Luminizens-Tableaus. Eine analoge Armbanduhr als Größenvergleich. Besteller: Schmidtmann, Abteilung: FF1. Reinhard Schmidtmann ist von 1955 bis 1975 nachweisbar und ist auf Kathoden spezialisiert. Er veröffentlicht mehrere Forschungs- und Entwicklungsberichte zum Thema Kathoden und ist in den Abteilungsverzeichnissen 1963 und 1967 als Leiter derKathodenentwicklung genannt. 1967 bis 1973 ist er dann Verantwortlicher für die Verfahrensforschung Dünnschichttechnologie. Danach dürfte er in Pension gegangen sein, denn im Abteilungsverzeichnis 1975 wird er nicht mehr erwähnt, allerdings erschien im Juli 1975 noch von ihm ein Forschungs- undEntwicklungsbericht zum Thema"Rechneranzeige VQC 33".Foto, März 1973. |
