Description
English: A former mill building of Vaasan Höyrymylly Oy in Toppila harbour, Oulu. Designed by architect Artturi Ortela (at the time Artturi Helenius) and built in 1924. Later several enlargements have been made on plans made by W. G. Palmqvist.
Suomi: Entinen Vaasan Höyrymylly Oy:n myllyrakennus Toppilan satamassa Oulussa. Vuonna 1924 valmistuneen rakennuksen suunnitteli Artturi Ortela (silloinen Helenius). Useita laajennuksia on myöhemmin tehty W.G. Palmqvistin suunnitelmien mukaan.
