Português: Supôe-se que êsse caminho seja o mesmo assinalado na carta geográfica de Inácio de Souza Werneck, datada de 1808 — o mais antigo mapa do Certão do Rio Preto, que se encontra na Biblioteca Nacional. Nesse mapa, como se vê na gravura, notam-se vários caminhos, assinalados por pontos, destacando-se o Caminho da Aldêa (Valença), entre os rios das Flores e Paraiba, ao lado da Estrada Geral. ópia do autógrafo do Capitão de Ordenanças Inácio de Souza Werneck, do ano de 1808, existente na secção de manuscritos da Biblioteca Nacional do Rio de Janeiro (Anexo aos apontamentos sobre sua biografia , organizada pelo seu descendente, dr. André Werneck). Neste mapa, o município de Valença está compreendido entre os rios Paraíba e Preto, e onde se lê “Caminho para a Aldeia” está situada a cidade de Valença, antiga aldeia dos Índios Coroados. Observa-se, o curso dos rios das Flores e Bonito, em cujas raias estava a aldeia dos índios Araris, a repartição dos conservadores, ou – Conservatória dos Índios – aquém do sertão do Rio Preto nos limites da Capitania de Minas Gerais.

  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
