Description
Français : Valenciennes (France – département du Nord) - Immeuble au 1 Boulevard Pater, au niveau de l'avenue du 347e Régiment d'infanterie.
Au coin, une 'tour' surmontée d'un bulbe à six pans couvert d'ardoise ; sa bulbe est un élément décoratif que l'on retrouve dans les styles Néo-Renaissance flamande et Néoflamand ; on la retrouve en haut de la tour et du clocher (à bulbe) de l'église Saint Michel, toute proche.
Architecte : Émile Dutouquet, comme pour l'église Saint Michel.
