Summary
editDescriptionVariable Density Tunnel (9421151867).jpg | (L-460): This view of VDT shows its access door open at right and one of the air compressors in the left background. For several years, Building 60-A had the corrugated iron siding visible here. Although the steel structure stayed in place, the siding was replaced with brick when this area was joined to new Building 60-B (now 582-A), constructed to support the Low-Turbulence Pressure Tunnel. |
