Svenska: Kasern 3 och 4

Byggnadsår: 1904

Ursprunglig funktion: Manskapskasern och bostäder för underofficerare grenadjärregementet I 26

Ändrad funktion: Underofficersbostäderna togs bort tidigt.

Beskrivning: Putsarkitektur med rustik, listverk, hörnkedjor och gavelmotiv. Trapphusen är förlagda till gavlarna och är formade som framskjutande risaliter krönta av frontoner. Även långsidornas mitt markeras av frontoner. Underofficersbostäderna var inrymda i de, mot norr framskjutande, två korta flyglarna i vilka lektionssalar senare har inrymts. Byggnaderna kröns av valmade sadeltak.

Kommentar: Med sin stora skala och kraftfulla arkitektur präglar kasernerna, tillsammans med kaserngården, områdets östra del. Byggnaderna är centrala i området, i synnerhet den östra kasernen som kan ses från många punkter i området. Betecknas som byggnad 2 på kartor över området.

Original function: Men's barracks and housing for non-commissioned officers (NCO) at the Grenadier Regiment I 26

Modified function: NCO homes were removed early.

Description: Plaster architecture with rustic, moldings, corners chains and gable motifs. The stairwells are located at the ends and are shaped as protruding avant-corps crowned by pediments. Even the center of the long sides are marked by pediments. NCO homes were housed in, northward protruding, the two short wings where the classrooms later would be housed. The buildings is crowned by a hipped gable roof.

Comment: With its large scale and powerful architecture the barracks characterizes, along with barracks ground, the eastern part of the area. The buildings are in the central area, in particular the eastern barracks which can be seen from many points in the area. Designated as building 2 on the maps of the area.
