| Description |
English: The old and never used railway bridge over via Giulio Cesare in Monserrato (Sardinia, Italy), in 2010. The structure was built for the never completed link railway between the Monserrato station, ran by Ferrovie Complementari della Sardegna (then Ferrovie della Sardegna and then ARST) and the FS network in Cagliari. Few months after this photo was taken, the structure was removed to allow the building of the viaduct of the Monserrato-Gottardo-Policlinico line for the Cagliari light rail system.
Italiano: Il vecchio e mai utilizzato ponte ferroviario che scavalcava la via Giulio Cesare a Monserrato nel 2010. L'opera fu realizzata a servizio della mai ultimata linea di collegamento tra la stazione di Monserrato delle Ferrovie Complementari Sarde (in seguito Ferrovie della Sardegna e poi ARST) e la rete FS a Cagliari. Pochi mesi dopo la foto l'infrastruttura fu rimossa per permettere la realizzazione del viadotto della linea Monserrato Gottardo-Policlinico della metrotranvia di Cagliari. |
