THIS MAY OR MAY NOT BE THE VAN HOUTON HOUSE. THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN WIKIPEDIA AND LANDMARK HUNTER IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG. THAT HOUSE IS VERY MODERN AND WAS BUILT IN 2001. HOWEVER RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER IN A VERY RESTRICTED SECTION IS THIS OLD STONE HOUSE WHICH IS A MUCH BETTER CANDIDATE FOR THE VAN HOUTEN HOUSE. I TRIED TO FIND NEARBY NEIGHBORS WHO COULD CLARIFY THE PROBLEM BUT NO ONE WAS HOME. IF NEW JERSEY MADE AVAILABLE THE NOMINATION FORMS THE PROBLEM COULD BE SOLVED BUT THEY DO NOT.
