Nederlands: Café in Veenklooster. Begin 19e eeuw gebouwd als een boerderij. Rond 1850 werd het voorhuis verbouwd tot uitspanning door er een verdieping bovenop te bouwen. In 1970 werd door eigenaar De Poel een discotheek geopend in de schuur erachter, die bekend werd als de Ringobar. Marianne Vaatstra verbleef hier in 1999 kort voor haar dood. Het café werd lange tijd Boszicht genoemd. De bar gaf nogal wat overlast en de gemeente besloot daarom (en omdat een toeristische bestemming voor Veenklooster werd voorzien) in 2000 om de bar te verplaatsen naar buiten het dorp. Rond 2005 of 2006 werd de Ringobar gesloten, maar niet weer geopend. In 2010 werd het café overgenomen door dagbesteding De Swaen. |
