English: Illustrated chart with footpath to different Mirila at the Vukićer Mirila above Tribanj Kruščica at the Adriatic Highway near Starigrad in the Velebit mountain range in Croatia / Balkans / southeastern Europe.
Deutsch: Schautafel mit einer schematischen Darstellung des Mirilo-Wanderwegs beim Vukićer Mirila, dem größten erhaltene Mirila mit mehr als 300 Mirilo (Totenraststeine) am Weg vom Weiler Bristovac zur Kirche in Ljubotič oberhalb der Ortschaft Tribanj Kruščica (an der kroatischen Küstenstraße) ca. zehn Kilometer von Starigrad-Paklenica an der meerzugewandten Südseite Velebit-Gebirges in Kroatien / Balkan / Südeuropa. Mirila dienten zur vorübergehenden "Rast" der Toten auf dem Weg aus den Gebirgsdörfern zum Friedhof. Man sagt, es seien jene Stellen, von denen aus die Toten "die Sonne das letzte Mal sahen". |
