Bâtiment (reconstitution) mentionné comme étant le Marchand de tabac "Rattray". Construction d'inspiration bretonne, typique à Montréal aux XVIIè, XVIIIè et même encore au début XIXè siècle: mur de maçonnerie, larges souches de cheminées toiture pignon percée de petites lucarnes.
