Description
English: View from the foot of Bat's Head towards Durdle Door. In the foreground is the wave-cut platform of chalk and the shingle beach. On the right is the chalk stack called Butter Rock and on the left the steep cliffs of Swyre Head. In the centre is the limestone headland of Durdle Door, joined to the mainland by a narrow 'neck' of clays and sands. Beyond that is Hambury Tout and Dungy Head.
