English: View near Blackmorehill Farm, Middle Claydon This view across a gentle valley is taken from a footpath that runs north from the C road between Botolph Claydon to the east and Calvert in the west. In the middle distance to the right is a farmhouse, unnamed on current OS maps, but called Blackmorehill on the OS 1940s map. There is a Blackmorehill Farm 1km to the east on the C road near Middle Claydon. In the far distance to the left is the spire of the parish church of St Michaels & All Angels in Steeple Claydon. |
