Description
English: Sir Lord Frederick Lugard, the British administrator who amalgamated the Northern and Southern Protectorates in 1914, developed the spot and later converted it to his prime relaxation centre. It is about 1500 feets above sea level and the mountaintop offered him a good view of the great rivers Niger and Benue and their confluence
