| Description | The Terrace Houses are set on a hill, so after finishing with the interior, you exit to a platform outside. There is then an inclined path leading down to the road level again. Straight ahead is the Marble Road. To our left, just out of the picture is the Library of Celcius, and straight ahead is the great theatre, the best of the ruins in Ephesus. Notes on these later. (Ephesus (Efes)/ Selcuk, Kusadasi, Turkey, Nov. 2014) |
