Deutsch: aus dem DEHIO Vorarlberg 1983: Dr.-Waibel-Strasse Nr.12: Wingathof. Erbaut E.19.Jh. Villa, in der Art französischer Gartenschlösser, in Park gelegen. Erker und Fensterrahmungen aus Sandstein, Erkerreliefs (Putten, Symbole von Handel und Industrie, Büsten), Mansarddach mit Gaupen. Rückseitig Wirtschaftsgebäude in Backstein; Pavillion, Backstein, Turm. In Dornbirn, Oberdorf. Dr. Renate Madritsch, Landeskonservatoriat für Vorarlberg Dornbirn, Dr. Waibelstraße 12, Auch diese Villa ist von einem Sohn des Franz Martin Hämmerle, nämlich Otto, 1873 erbaut und 1893 erweitert worden. Otto Hämmerle studierte in Manchester und Liverpool, daher auch die englische Bauweise in Sichtziegelmauerwerk. Baumeister J.A. Albrich und Josef Schöch (1893) waren hier tätig. Auch diese Villa wird noch von den Nachkommen bewohnt und gepflegt.
