Français : Villa du Docteur Maire, 1 rue du Golfe (Inscrit, 1991) C'est bien de golf qu'il s'agit ici, la rue permettant de se rendre à l'embarcadère ou à la passerelle franchissant l'Allier. On accédait ainsi directement au terrain de golf (ouvert pour la saison 1908) et à l'hippodrome situés au-delà de cette rivière sur la commune de Bellerive. (Rien à voir donc avec l'évocation d'un golfe maritime que la proximité du plan d'eau pourrait faire naître avec une certaine part d'exagération ! Le dit plan d'eau s'arrêtait alors à la passerelle détruite en 1963 lors de la construction du pont-barrage et la promotion du modeste plan d'eau initial (et saisonnier) en l'actuel Lac d'Allier.)
