Description Die Villa Lessig (auch Villa Perponcher genannt) in der Eisenbahnstraße in Fürstenwalde/Spree wurde um 1870 erbaut. Lange Jahre bewohnte sie Graf Wilhelm Perponcher, ein Offizier des örtlichen Ulanenregiments. Nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg kaufte Emil Lässig das Haus. Im Keller betrieb er eine Limonadenfabrik und -abfüllanlage, während er in den oberen Geschossen wohnte. Fabrik und Vertrieb wurden Anfang der 1960er Jahre eingestellt.
