  • Dansk: - 1879: tilhørte W. Graham i London og var dette år på Royal Academys Udstilling af gamle Kunstværker, under Giovanni Bellinis navn.

-Købt af Mario Krohn for ca. 13.000kr hos en kunsthandler (Laugton Douglas?) - c.1917: til L. Zeuthens Samling (Mario Krohn havde foreslået at museet købt billedet. Da tilbuddet ikke blev modtaget erhvervede Zeuthen det)

Da Dr. Fritz Heinemann besøgte museet i febr. 1963 nævnte han, at han mente at billedet er blevet til i samarbejde med Francesco Rizzo de Santacroce og Palma Vecchio, mellem 1507 og 1510.
