The Acousticon was developed by Miller Reese Hutchinson in 1902. It was exhibited at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, Missouri. Hutchinson turned over the rights for The Acousticon in 1905 to Kelly Monroe Turner who ran the Turner General Acoustic Company. This unit, sold by the Hutchinson Acoustic Company dates to 1904 - 1905. |
