Otranto או בניב מקומי Utràntu היא עיר איטלקית בת 5,568 נפש באזור לצ'ה שבמחוז פוליה. מיקומה לחוף הים האדריאטי, עושה אותו לעיר המזרחית ביותר באיטליה. Capo d'Otranto המכונה גם Punta Palascìa היא הנקודה הגאוגרפית המזרחית. אזור פורה, המפורסם בגזע הסוסים שלו.

העיר ממוקמת בחוף המזרחי של חצי האי סלנטו מול מייצרי אוטרנטו, הנותנים לעיר את שמה. מצרים המחברים בין הים האדריאטי לבין הים היוני - המפריד בין איטליה לאלבניה. לעיר נמל קטן.
