Description The image shows a membrane reporter that is expressed by a gene required for the Drosophila blood brain barrier. The visualisation highlights areas with strong expression in yellow, while weaker expression is shown in red and blue. Strong expression can be found in central areas, where the airways enter the central nervous system. The images was stained with Immunohistochemistry and acquired with a Leica SP5 confocal microscope.
