„Zelený list s kosmým bílým pruhem vycházejícím z první pětiny žerďového a první osminy horního okraje do páté pětiny vlajícího a osmé osminy dolního okraje listu. V dolním rohu a horním cípu po jedné žluté osmicípé hvězdě. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.“[1]
Na zasedání obecního zastupitelstva dne 13. 5. 2003 bylo rozhodnuto, že obec požádá Poslaneckou sněmovnu Parlamentu ČR o schválení znaku a praporu. Návrh znaku a praporu vypracoval historik Mgr. Jan Adámek z Prácheňského muzea v Písku a grafik František Doubek ze Soukromé střední výtvarné školy v Písku. Podvýbor pro heraldiku Poslanecké sněmovny P ČR na svém zasedání 17. 9. 2003 schválil navržené symboly naší obce.[2]
Deutsch: Hissflagge der tschechischen Gemeinde Radětice u Bechyně (Radietitz), Bezirk Tabor, Südböhmische Region. Auf der Sitzung des Gemeinderats vom 13. Mai 2003 wurde beschlossen, dass die Gemeinde bei der Abgeordnetenkammer des Parlaments der Tschechischen Republik die Genehmigung des Wappens und der Flagge beantragen wird. Der Entwurf des Wappens und der Flagge stammen von dem Historiker Mgr. Jan Adámek vom Prácheň-Museum in Písek und der Grafikdesigner František Doubek von der Privaten Kunstmittelschule in Písek. Der Unterausschuss für Heraldik der Abgeordnetenkammer der Tschechischen Republik hat in seiner Sitzung vom 17. September 2003 die vorgeschlagenen Symbole der Gemeinde genehmigt. Die Flagge wurde am 7. Oktober 2003 registriert.
