Description
Deutsch: Maisäss auf der Volsporaalpe im Tschaggunser Gauertal. Der Schrankzaun, der mancherorts auch Sarner Bettlzaun, Knüppel-, Schräg- und Scharzaun genannt wird, handelt es sich um einen Weidezaun, der vorwiegend in Wald- und Almgebieten errichtet wird. Dies vor allem deshalb, weil er relativ schnell errichtet und wieder abgetragen werden kann, was besonders in lawinengefährdeten Gebieten von großem Vorteil ist. Beim „Schrankzaun“ werden ca. 1,5–2 m lange Steckenpaare so in den Boden geschlagen, dass sie eine Schere (im Volksmund „Schar“) bilden, in die dann ca. 1,5 bis 2 m lange, gespaltene Stangen oder Latten eingelegt werden.
