Description
Català: Volta i fresc d'escut, capella dels sants Antonis, claustre de la catedral de Sogorb. Sobre l'escut: tremp sobre mur, 100 x 100 cm. aprox. principis del segle XV. Restes de pintura mural amb escut de castell envoltat de roleus de fulles i flors. Per les seues característiques, ha de pertànyer a algun dels beneficis fundat a la capella dels Sants Antonis o bé a l'heràldica del bisbe Diego Pérez de Heredia (1387-1400), sota la prelatura es van iniciar obres en la catedral, presentant una factura completament parella a la dels escuts de la capella adjacent amb les armes del prelat Francesc de Riquer, atribuint-se tot el conjunt pictòric a una sola mà. Testimonis recents constaten l'existència d'un conjunt de tres escuts, dels quals tan sols resta el present.
