Description
English: Votive relief dedicated by Xenokrateia to the river-god Cephissus. The dedicant presents a child, Xeniades, to Cephissus, who is shown to the centre of the relief. At left, Apollo sits on the Delphic tripod. At far right, Acheloos is shown as a humanized bull. ca. 410 B.C. Inv. Noː 2756. Athens, National Archaeological Museum. Sourceː Museum Inscription.
