Description

3x2 clear filter mosaic of a barge formation in Jupiter's north equatorial belt. Image has been colorized using violet and orange images taken with the wide-field camera.

Images were acquired on March 4, 1979 between 1239 and 1247 UT. At that time, Voyager 1 was approximately 157,900 km from Jupiter.
