Summary

Description
English: Western Spotted Skunk - Spilogale Gracilis. When I chased this little creature (about 14" long, incl. tail) I was not sure if it was a skunk, but I was previously familiar only with the larger version (Mephitis). I was lucky - he did not stomp his front feet at me in warning, nor did he grace me with his special "perfume". He appeared at the side of my house in early April.
