English: Photo taken at the Lofoten War Memorial Museum (Norwegian: Lofoten Krigsminnemuseum) in Svolvær, Norway's largest exhibition of uniforms and smaller items related to the Second World War and the German occupation of Norway 1940 – 1945:
  • Mannequin dressed in uniform of a tank crewman in the Panzertruppen of Wehrmacht Heer, the army of Nazi Germany:
    • Side cap/garrison cap (Schiffchen) with fold-down scallops to the front and side, Wehrmacht eagle, round national cockade, and upside-down V shaped soutache in Waffenfarbe (cord used on caps to depict the corps or type of unit the wearer belongs to)
    • Turtleneck jersey
    • Wrapper jacket (Panzer Feldjacken)
      • Wehrmacht rank insignia of sergeant (Unteroffizier) on shoulder straps:
      • Skull and crossbones symbol (Totenkopf) for tank troops, on gorget tabs (Kragenspiegel, collar patches). In Nazi Germany the Totenkopf was used as cap badge of the Schutzstaffel (SS) and unit insignia of the Panzer forces of the German army and air force.
      • Piping (Paspel, trimming) in rose-pink corps colour (rosa Waffenfarbe) indicating Panzerwaffe, the panzer (tank) and motorized forces of the German army
