English: Propaganda plaque with relief portrait of Vidkun Quisling, leader of Nasjonal Samling (NS), Norwegian nazi/fascist party 1933 – 1945 and collaborationist in German occupation of Norway during World war II 1940 – 1945. Party slogan/motto inscription: "We were a realm; We shall become a people; With Quisling; For Norway" (in Norwegian: Vi var et rike; Vi skal bli et folk; Med Quisling; For Norge).

Norsk bokmål: Sirkelformet veggplakett/veggskjold med propagandaportrett av Vidkun Quisling, leder i det nasjonalistiske fascistpartiet Nasjonal Samling (NS) før og under andre verdenskrig i Norge, i relieff og profil, og med slagordet/mottoet «Vi var et rike; Vi skal bli et folk; Med Quisling; For Norge».

Mottoet er et sitat fra Hentik Ibsens Kongs-Emnerne fra 1864, et drama som skildrer konflikten mellom kong Håkon IV Håkonsson og hans svigerfar Hertug Skule. I skuespillet uttaler Håkon: «Norge var et rige, Det skal blive et folk.»
